Patriot Protector All-Access Pass Terms

These terms apply to the Patriot Protector All-Access Pass sold by Patriot Training Center LLC and are part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Patriot Protector All-Access Pass. Purchase of the Patriot Protector All-Access Pass provides the enrolled member with open enrollment privileges for Patriot-level live training courses and access to the digital curriculum for the operational life of the Patriot Protector training program. The pass is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription.

2. Delivery of services. Digital curriculum, online training portals and educational materials are deemed fully delivered upon provisioning of account credentials at the time of purchase. Live, in-person training courses are scheduled and attended in accordance with Patriot Training Center's published training calendar, subject to advance seat reservation, course prerequisites, available seating and facility safety regulations.

3. No recurring tuition. The All-Access Pass is a paid-in-full enrollment; pass holders are not subject to recurring membership dues or tuition fees for standard Patriot-level courses while the pass remains in good standing. Incidental expenses, including ammunition, personal safety equipment, travel and optional third-party services such as Right To Bear legal coverage, are the responsibility of the member.

4. Program evolution and discontinuation. Patriot Training Center reserves the right to modify training curricula, schedules, facility locations and course offerings to maintain safety and industry standards. If a specific course or the Patriot Protector program is formally retired or discontinued, Patriot Training Center will substitute equivalent training instruction or provide a pro-rated service credit toward alternative programs.
